Moving Furniture

You can choose from cleaning just traffic areas where very little to no furniture is moved or a level of service where most all furniture is moved. We will move sofas, chairs, ottomans, tables, and love seats. Call about moving extra heavy items, such as entertainment centers, buffets, or beds. Pricing respectfully is $0.25 to $0.35/sq ft.

Severity of Soiling

Nine out of ten of our jobs are going to be equal in the amount of soiling that we encounter. However, there is the occasional 'disaster zone'. In these cases we price accordingly based on how much extra attention will be required. Quotes are free.

Type of Carpet or Rug

There are essentially two types of carpet; natural and synthetic. Synthetic comprises about 99% of the market. Natural fiber carpets and rugs make up the other 1% and are made from wool and cotton.

The stuff we come in contact with every day is of course the synthetic and is included in our regular pricing. The natural fibers would be a specialized cleaning. Call for a free inspection and quote.
